<p>PURPOSE: To change a pair of pads simultaneously at the optimum timing by making equal wear amount of a pair of pads in a disc brake device. CONSTITUTION: An inner pad 31 and an outer pad 32 are pressed against a disc rotor 2 when a brake is applied. The inner pad 31 and the outer pad 32 are pulled by the rotation of the disc rotor 2 and pressed against a rotational torque receiver 61. The rotational torque receiver 61 is rotatably provided around a rotational center pin 62, and the rotation of the rotational receiver 61 is stopped at the position where the braking force of the inner pad 31 is approximately equal to that of the outer pad 32. The wear of the inner pad 31 is equal to that of the outer pad 32 by making the braking force of the inner pad 31 approximately equal to that of the outer pad 32.</p> |
