摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To maintain stable electrification property, transfer characteristics and fluidity for a long time, to make a device small in size, and to prevent color slurring by specifying the range of the number average primary particle size of fine particles included in the toner and specifying the fixing rate of fine particles to the surface of color particles. CONSTITUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner contains fine particles and color particles. The fine particles have 50-1000nm number average primary particle size and these particles are fixed to the surface of color particles by 10-90% fixing rate. If the particle size of the fine particles is <50nm, the effect to prevent embedding, which is the feature of large-size particles, can not be obtd., but particles are easily fixed and completely embedded. If the size is larger than 1000nm, the fluidity largely decreases so that even when the process is performed in the most preferable temp. range, decrease in the fluidity can not be improved. The fine particles are fixed to the surface of color particles by 10-90% fixing rate, and preferably by 50-80%.</p>
