PURPOSE: To ensure a stabilized cooling and heating performance regardless of the installing condition of an indoor machine by a method wherein a control condition setting means, setting control conditions such as the adjustable range of the amount of ventilating air, correcting condition of the set temperature and the like, is constituted of a variable type. CONSTITUTION: Unit switches 241-246, constituting a dip switch (control condition setting means) 24 for switching in accordance with the installing condition of an indoor machine, set respective conditions as one set consisting of two switches. In this case, the unit switches 241, 142, for example, set the heat insulating performance of an indoor wall of a room wherein the indoor machine is installed, the unit switches 243, 244, for example, set the attaching height of the indoor machine and the unit switches 245, 246, for example, set the attaching position of the indoor machine in the horizontal direction in the room. Accordingly, the amount of ventilating air, the injecting direction of cooling or heating air, or control conditions such as the output of a temperature setting means 411 or the like can be corrected by switching the dip switch 24. According to this method, stabilized cooling and heating performance can be secured regardless of the installing condition of the indoor machine. |
