PURPOSE: To speedily prepare scheduled additional constructions by comparing information on building facilities with the information of an installation reference, deciding whether the building facilities satisfy the installation reference or not and displaying the decided result. CONSTITUTION: A control part 6 decides whether the building facilities satisfy the installation reference regulated by laws in the case of installing various kinds of elevators or not by comparing the information on the building facilities read from a first storage part 2a with the information of the installation reference read from a second storage part 2b. Then, the decided result is displayed on a display part 3. Thus, since even any person who is not well informed about the installation reference can reduce the miss of required inspection/ measurement and it can be recognized at the time of inputting the investigated/ measured result whether various kinds of dimensions at the site of elevator installation satisfy the installation reference or not, the following scheduled additional constructions can be speedily prepared.
