PURPOSE: To prepare an accurate car allocation plan by specifying a vehicle to be allocated by referring to the data base of order acceptance information, delivery destination information, hiring car information and map information, concluding the other delivery destination that an allocated vehicle is capable of stopping on its way to the delivery destination and on its back way from the delivery destination and determining the running route. CONSTITUTION: The data base DB1 of delivery destination information, the data base DB2 on running routes, a hiring car information data base DB3 and a map information data base DB4 are prepared as data bases for reference. A received order data base DB4 is registered by downloading it from a sub-host computer. The device is provided with a data base control part 21 performing updates and registrations to the data bases DB1 to DB4 a car allocation plan preparing part 22 supporting the preparation of a car allocation plan. In the car allocation plan preparing part 22, a vehicle to be allocated is specified, other delivery destination that the allocated vehicle is capable of stopping on its way to a delivery destination and on its back way from the delivery destination is concluded and the running route is determined. |
