PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of a polarizable electrode sheet having mechanical strength and also being excellent in electrochemical characteristics, a polarizable electrode sheet and an electric double layer capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A polarizable electrode sheet is manufactured in such a manner that the mixture of activated carbon powder or activated carbon fibers, nonaqueous high molecules as a binder and the solvent of the nonaqueous high molecules is kneaded, electrode paints, in which the nonaqueous high molecules are dissolved, are prepared, the electrode paints are molded in a sheet shape, and the solvent is dried and removed. |
