FIELD: equipment for rubber-cord pieces production, for example, rubber-cord shell and tyres for pneumatic wheels production, that is apparatuses for draining holes puncturing in nonvulcanized blanks of the pieces. SUBSTANCE: machine frame has puncturing apparatus mounted stationary on it, vertically moving carriage with cantilever-type mounted on it free rotating in one direction rubberized shell due to build-in overtaking coupling; there is running way with mounted on it movable car, centering conveyer is mounted. In the case puncturing machine is made in the form of driven shell with mounted in it rolls with puncturing spikes and mechanism of spikes orientation, that has central stationary gear made as block of gears, each of which is connected with corresponding gear on rolls using idle gears mounted on eccentric rolls, and is mounted with capability of periodical independent its turning around its axis. All gears have similar number of teeth. On rolls ends with rods there are eccentrically mounted rollers engaged with corresponding stationary copiers and transducers. EFFECT: improved design. |
