PURPOSE: To stabilize the switching operations of a current-resonance type power supply configured of a half-bridge or full-bridge connection. CONSTITUTION: In a current-resonance type switching power supply so configured that the outputs of switching elements Q1 , Q2 comprising respectively bipolar transistors are fed to a primary coil L1 of an insulation transformer T2 via a resonance capacitor C4 and from a secondary coil L2 thereof an AC output is obtained, the respective bases and emitters of the bipolar transistors constituting the switching elements Q1 , Q2 are connected respectively by respective Zener diodes DZ31 , DZ32 having respectively suitable offsets backward. Thereby, a dead time wherein both the switching elements Q1 , Q2 are brought simultaneously into OFF-state is obtained surely. |
