<p>PURPOSE: To make the equipment small in size by feeding an original and recording paper to a common carrying path with a common feeding mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A reversible common feeding roller 7 is arranged between the tip of an original platen with an original 2 placed thereon and the tip of a recording paper container section to which recording paper 5 is set, and a recording paper pressing release device whose upper face is in contact with the original 2, whose lower face is in contact with recording paper 5 and detaching the recording paper 5 downward from the feeding roller 7 when the feeding roller 7 is driven forward to feed the original 2, and a separate means pressing release device parting a separator 15 upward from the feeding roller 7 when the feeding roller 7 is driven reverse to feed the recording paper 5 are provided. Then the original is fed through the forward drive and the recording paper is fed through the reverse drive to a downstream common carrying path 52.</p> |
