PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for enhancing the signal detection in luminescent reaction. SOLUTION: According to the principle of ligand-receptor assay, a sample liquid is incubated along with at least one receptor having a luminescent marker. Presence and/or the quantity of analyte to be detected in the sample liquid is determined by measuring the luminescence in the medium to be measured containing dispersed components. This method is applicable to any luminescent system and carried out easily with high cost efficiency.
