<p>PURPOSE: To provide a valve plate provided with a structure containing a material, which is excellent in a sliding property and is durable in long-term use, for a valve plate slidingly touching an upper face or a lower face of a cylindrical adsorption device in a pressure swing type gas separating device. CONSTITUTION: In a rotary type gas separating device, valve plates 4, 5 are brought into slide contact with an upper face and a lower face of an adsorption tower and are provided with two or more of ports respectively, and in each of the valve plates 4, 5, weirs 19 are arranged on an outer circumference, on an inner circumference, and on a port circumference in a sliding face, and a material 20 which is excellent in a sliding property is tightly fitted in a groove formed of the weirs 19 and a valve plate plane.</p> |
