PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate different kinds of immunoassay automatically and to realize various analytic measurements. SOLUTION: The operating method of analytic unit comprises a liquid handling operation where liquids are sucked from a sample container and a reagent container while simultaneously individual sample rotor 2 or reagent rotor 1 can exist at a predetermined liquid handling position, and a liquid handling operation where the sample and the reagent are delivered into a reaction container while simultaneously a reaction rotor 3 can exist at a predetermined liquid handling position. The operating method further comprises a cleaning operation for flashing the inside of each reaction container, and an incubation interval during which heterogeneous bonding takes place.
