PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized card capable of being detachable to an information terminal and having a function outputting snthesized voices having a high S/N ratio. CONSTITUTION: At the time of mounting a PCMCIA interface 110 for performing an information transfer with an information terminal 180, a non-volatile memory 170 in which voice element piece information for generating rule snthesized voices, a memory 160 in which waveforms generated by a rule synthesis processing are stored, a microcomputer 120 performing the rule synthesis processing, the communication control with the information terminal and controls of the whole of a device, a DA device 130 converting generated waveforms into voices on the substrate of a PCMCIA standard, a speech synthesis card capable of generating synthesized voices having the high S/N ratio becomes providable by mounting them while preparing a ground having a large area where a value obtained by dividing the square of the outside circumference of the substrate by the area of a digital ground plane becomes >=40. |
