PURPOSE: To make suitable reproduction and adjustment by integrating one part or all the parts of microprocessor and telecommunication facilities. CONSTITUTION: On a telecommunication network 16, data transmission is performed while using digital formation such as facsimile transmission or electronic mail transmission for video messages. During inprocess processing, at a telecommunication reception port, a server modem 34 is operated and a data transmission signal, which is inputted through a telecommunication software by a microprocessor 40, is processed. At the processor 40, the incoming data are assigned into a memory 42, and messages 21 incoming through the MODEM 34 are stored. At the same time, header information is received and recorded along with the other information related to a received event so as to identify the message 21, header information and event information. During the inprocess processing, a graphical user interface 46 is positioned on a screen 50, the reception of message 21 is displayed by a printer 51, and processing is continued or finished by a server 30.
