PURPOSE: To provide a locking device capable of speedily and certainly fastening one member and the other member on each other in simple structure and with a certain function and being easily disassembled. CONSTITUTION: This locking device to connect two members 1, 2 to each other free to connect and disconnect is furnished with an assembly pin 3, the pin is furnished with a pin shaft part 6 free to insert into holes 4, 5 aligned each other on the members 1, 2, a head part 7 provided to be supported on the second member 2 and a holding element 8 received by the pin shaft part 6 and to lock with the first member 1, and the holding element 8 is constituted as a rotary locking disc 8' having a radial direction line groove 10 free to rotate against work of a return spring 9 on the pin shaft part 6. Additionally, a locking ring 11 is free to be fixed in the hole 4 of the first member 1, the ring is furnished with a radial direction arm 13 matched with the radial direction line groove 10 of the rotary locking disc 8', and the arm favourably has an inclined rising surface.
