PURPOSE: To reduce the work quantity of system development by providing a mechanism for automatically preparing an output form based on a related definition between an input form and an output form. CONSTITUTION: A form processing part 104 segments a character recognition area in a hand-written form inputted from a form input part 101 in accordance with an input form definition body 107. A character recognition part 103 converts it into text data and accumulates it in a form data file 106. The output form is prepared from a form data file 106 by permitting the form processing part 104 to analyze the data depending relation between the input form and the output form. |
