<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of scuffing owing to strong friction while making possible lightning by composing two-piece come along bodies of a composite material, in which ceramic is dispersed in an aluminum alloy, and constituting an arm of a high-strength light alloy or FRPs. CONSTITUTION: A come along body 2 is formed by extruding a green compact, in which ceramic powder having mean grain size of approximately 250μm or less is mixed with an aluminum alloy having mean grain size of approximately 100μm at the rate of approximately 10-25%, at a high temperature. A high- strength light alloy such as the aluminum alloy, a magnesium alloy or the like or glass or carbon fiber-reinforced FRPs are used as an arm 3. The two- piece come alongs 2 are clamped firmly by an electric wire by a hinge pin 4 and clamping members 5. The aluminum alloy, in which ceramic is dispersed, is employed as the come along bodies 2, thus preventing the generation of scuffing even by strong friction at a time when a wedge is pulled in, then repeatedly using the come along bodies 2 owing to a light material.</p> |
