PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the blocking of a film by forming a coating film having a mixture of a thermal adhesive having a specific glass transition temperature and a release agent selected from the group composed of copolymers. SOLUTION: The base material has a coating film having mixture of (a) a thermal adhesive having a glass transition temperature of the range of about (-) 10 to about 60 deg.C and (b) a release agent selected from the group composed of (1) a copolymer having a vinyl polymer-like segment and a siloxane polymer- like segment, (2) a copolymer having acrylic ester of alkyl end alcohol and (3) a copolymer derived from a monomer containing ethylenic unsaturated fluoroalkyl. A preferable release agent is the copolymer of (2), and here, acrylic ester of long chain alkyl end alcohol exists by 25 to 65wt.% in the copolymer, and acrylic acid exists by 3 to 15wt.% in the copolymer, and nitrile acrylate exists by 10 to 35wt.% in the copolymer, and acrylic ester such as methyl alcohol exists by 0 to 40wt.% in the copolymer.
