PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transmitting power and electric signal in which it is not necessary to fix a power supply source which drives an electric circuit necessary for measuring the resistance of a distortion gage to a rotary shaft itself. SOLUTION: A primary side coil 60 of a transformer transmits a power from a power oscillator 68 to a relatively rotating secondary side coil 62 for supplying the power to a measuring and signal transmitter 88 rotating with the coil 62, selectively short-circuits the coil 62, and transmits a digital output signal from the arrayed device 88 for switching a transistor 101 which controls the currents of a resistance 66 of the primary side. The arrayed device is used for measuring the power transmitted by the rotary shaft (driving shaft) of an automobile, and when it is used, a resistance line distortion gage for measuring supplied torque is combined with the measuring device 88. |
