PURPOSE: To provide a crystal vibrator with an efficient and excellent temperature characteristic by synthesizing frequencies of GT-cut crystal vibrators with two kinds of specific cut angles. CONSTITUTION: A pattern 8 forming a vibration section and a support section of a GT-cut vibrator whose cut angleθis +45 deg.±10 deg. and a pattern 9 forming a vibration section and a support section of a GT-cut vibrator whose cut angleθis -45 deg.±10 deg. are formed to one photo mask. When the GT-cut crystal vibrators 10, 11 are manufactured by using the photo mask to allow the vibrators 10, 11 to a frequency temperature characteristic changing inversely. Thus, the frequency characteristics of the vibrators 10, 11 are synthesized to compensate differences from them and an excellent frequency characteristic is obtained.
