摘要 FIELD: conversion equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in various branches of industry to measure alternating forces, gravitational forces in weight-measuring equipment. Method includes following key operation-simultaneous plane-parallel movement of plates of capacitor connected by flexible elements in opposite directions relative to each other under action of converted force. Transducer for differential-capacitive conversion of force incorporates capacitors which some plates are structurally made in the form beam with holes and which other plates are made fast to this beam and force-receiving element. Flexible elements are designed to provide simultaneous plane-parallel movement of plates of capacitors connected to them in opposite directions with reference to each other. Axes of holes in beams are located in plane perpendicular to direction of action of converted force. Holes are arranged in symmetric relative to direction of action of converted force. Point of attachment of plates of capacitors made fast to beam is situated on axis of direction of action of converter force. EFFECT: increased stability of conversion characteristics of transducer for differential-capacitive conversion of force.
