The method for developing efficient AINEs by providing functions of debugging and monitoring of the prototypes, comprises the steps of: displaying a LOGO window; iconizing a test view window after a test by displaying it; selecting an operation routine after displaying a root window and a physical window; for a tool box selection, returning to the routine-selecting step or ending this process after execution of the functions of PRINT, SAVE, LOAD, REPLAY, PAUSE, SYSTEM CONFIGURATION according to the selection; for a main window icon selection, returning to the routine-selecting step after displaying each window by selecting a physical view, a basic call state model view, a functional view, a state diagram view, a message view, a test view icon.
