FIELD: petroleum processing industry, in particular, thermal cracking of heavy petroleum residues or heavy petroleum to produce distillate fractions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mixer, raw material heating furnaces, two outside reaction chambers, high pressure evaporator, atmospheric column and atmospheric separator. Heavy petroleum residue is delivered into mixer and finely ground solid organomineral carrier is simultaneously introduced into mixer. Suspension obtained is fed by pump into first furnace for heating and then into intermediate outside reaction chamber. Gas-vapor mixture is separated from top the chamber and liquid flow is directed through side pipe into second outside reaction chamber, where thermal cracking process is completed. Reaction mixture is supplied from second outside reaction chamber into high-pressure evaporator, where gas-vapor flow is removed from top the chamber and liquid flow is discharged from bottom part of chamber into atmospheric separator 9. Overheated water vapors are supplied into atmospheric separator 9 to separate clear petroleum products from heavy cracking residue, containing solid phase, and from organomineral carrier. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. |
