FIELD: shoe industry; address delivery of loads (blanks, tools, semifinished items) to workplaces. SUBSTANCE: device has self-propelled truck moving along guides from store-room to workplaces in shuttle manner. Store-room has coating station and operator's control panel to provide address delivery of required load on truck to workplace wherefrom order is sent. Boards with truck emergency stop push-button, load selection push-buttons and truck occupancy indicators are installed at workplaces. In addition to power circuit - truck motor supply buses, device has control circuits, and information line by means of which operator's panel is connected with workplaces. Operator, panel has truck motion control system with load code and address entry and indication unit, signal converters, address storage registers, address comparator circuits and stop and reverse flip-flops to control corresponding truck motor power supply actuating relays. Device has also truck starting interlock circuit to prevent movement of truck until it is unloaded at workplace. Device can be used for servicing any number of workplaces, handle various types of loads at any distance from store-room within shop. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
