Spinach sauce. The sauce in question is obtained from cooked spinach, salt, fermented milk and crushed or grated garlic by mixing the ingredients thereof in a vessel, these being present in the following percentages by weight: - Spinach, between 20 and 35 per cent. - Garlic, between 5 and 15 per cent. - Fermented milk, between 55 and 70 per cent. - Salt, between 0.5 and 1.5 per cent. Said sauce can be used both in the home and in the food industry and hotel and catering industry. |
