FIELD: production of shaped pieces, tubular pieces in particular from composition material by pultrusion method and used in different branches of mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method provides for tension and impregnation of main reinforcing fibers with polymeric binder, fibers orientation along axis of piece, formation of covering layer (lower layer of piece is formed by winding of piece shape with impregnated bundles along spiral and upper layer is formed by reduction using shell of bundles system made by braiding machine), polymerization of system of main reinforcing fibers and auxiliary fittings made in the form of bundles and heated spinneret. EFFECT: method allows to increase strength characteristics of piece. |
