<p>Benzamidine derivatives represented by general formula (I), salts thereof, hydrates thereof or solvates thereof; and medicinal compositions comprising the derivatives, salts, hydrates or solvates and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers: wherein R?1 and R2¿ represent each independently hydrogen or ester residue; X1 represents lower alkylene; X2 represents a single bond or lower alkylene; m represents 0, 1 or 2; and n represents 0 or 1, provided when m is 0, then n is 1. The compounds have a GPIIb/IIIa receptor antagonism and are useful as ameliorants for ischemic heart diseases, auxiliaries for cardiac or vascular surgical operation, ameliorants for cerebrovascular disorder, and ameliorants for peripheral arterial diseases.</p> |
