The support (11) is drilled (12-14) for fixing to a rail, anchoring member or baseplate (4). A detachable disc-type holder (19) on the support accommodates a facade plate (1) with slots, or a bracket (24) with slot (25) joined to the plate. There can be a hollow cylindrical anchoring member joined to the support, while the plate bracket has a slot by which it fits onto the holder, which can be circular. There can be an opening (23) in the latter, with the aid of which it can be turned on the support.
