The fuel feed device consists of a pump (10), fitted with an upstream filter (11) and constructed to draw the fuel from a reservoir (12) and supply it to a feed pipe (16), constructed to lead the fuel from the outlet of the pump, towards the point, where it is used (14). A pressure regulator (30) is mounted at the beginning of the feed pipe with the function of carrying out the initial regulation of the pressure of the fuel in the feed pipe. Further down the line, in the feed pipe is mounted a secondary regulator (50), which has the function of reducing and controlling the pressure of the fuel, supplied to the engine. A secondary filter (13) is also fitted into the supply line and this can be placed either before or after the initial pressure regulator, but before the secondary regulator to give better control of pressure to the fuel entering the engine.
