PURPOSE:To carry out the removal of NOx while increasing the amount of the exhaust gas without generating the disintegration of solid particles at the surface of repose, by arranging in zigzag the ducts of reverse groove shape at which the lower ends of the ducts are made the keep plate by being bent inside and by passing the exhaust gas while using the adijoining ducts alternately as the inlet and outlet for the exhaust gas.
