The knife (10) has a grip body casing (11) and a blade receiver for the exchangeable blade (20). A grip body cap (12) can be closed over the blade receiver by turning it on an axis (15), but leaving a guide slit (23) for the blade. The cap has a projection (17) on the end facing the blade, fitting in a recess in the grip body casing. The recess in the grip body casing is formed by the guide slit, which completely encases the cross section of the knife blade. The knife-like projection of the grip body cover fits in this in the closed position. The projection can be pushed into the guide slit. It may extend over the entire height against the knife blade.
