The figure shows the valve and its compound housing (1) with a basic body (2), face (3), intermediate plate (4), closing plate (5) fastened to the body by screws (6). There are several orifices (7), primary air inlet (8), secondary air inlet (9), and evacuation outlet (10), with a receiving space (13) and a working space (17), the receiving space being sealed by the cover (16) against the face (15). The setting unit (14) contains a plunger (18) in the receiving space (13), with its end section (22) in the working space (17). This end section has a head unit (23) dividing the working space into a control chamber (24) and a counter-pressure chamber (25), with aid of the membrane (55).
