The apparatus is designed to improve efficiency in tableware washing by rotating a spray arm forward and back periodically. The apparatus includes : rotary injection nozzles (21, 22) located at the both end parts; an injection guide section (23) for guiding water injected from the injection guide section (23); a spray arm installed so as to rotate centering on the middle part; and a water injecting direction controller for injecting water at one side or the other side the injection nozzle alternatively.
