Bridged diphenyl mono-azo cpds. of formula (I) are new: K3 = a coupler radical of the benzene, naphthalene or heterocyclic series; X3 = a -SO2O-, -SO2-N(R9)-, -COO- or -CO-N(R10)- bridging gp.; R9, R10 = H or 1-4 C alkyl; R11-14 = H, 1-6C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, halogen, SO3H, 2-4C (halo)alkanoylamino or -NHCO-(2-4C) (halo)alkylene; R15 = 1-12C alkyl or 5-8C cycloalkyl. Also claimed are dye mixts. contg. (a) 0-100 wt.% mixt(s). of an opt. bridged diphenyl disazo cpd. (II) and a cpd. (I) and/or (b) 0-100 wt.% mixt(s). of a bridged bis(1,4-diamino-2-sulphoanthraquinone) cpd. (III) and a 1-amino-4-anilino-2-sulphoanthraquinone cpd. (IV).
