Dough rolling machine making e.g. croissants with readily demountable roller

Dough rolling machine rolls portions of dough into e.g. croissants. In the assembled state it has an interchangeable roller mounted in bearings, which can accept radial loading over the full circumference. This drives or guides a belt. In the new arrangement the roller (1) may be taken out of the machine entire or in part, by axial (4) translation. In so doing, it has to be pivoted (15) out of axial alignment (4). Replacement reverses the removal sequence.
