Transport mechanism for sheet packer from starch

The mechanism transports sheet packs (6) from a stack (5) to a deposition position. A horizontally and vertically movable gripper with spaced, symmetrical, swivelable separating elements for the sheet packs is located above the stack. The facing sides of the separating elements contain allocated clamping bars (4,4') which are independently swivelable to-and-fro, as well as vertically movable. Pref. the horizontal movement of the gripper is assisted by a guide element (7), while its vertical movement is carried out by a carrier (8).
