Sausage skin gathering machine with adjustable angle teeth

The device gathers sausage skins axially into compact folded tubes. The gathering mandrel (12) passes through a central mounting plate (2). Around the axis gathering wheels (3) each have a shaft transverse to the mandrel axis, and a cylindrical body. On their circumferences are teeth (18), their axes parallel to the main axis, with part circular grooves corresponding to the mandrel cross section. On gathering wheel (3) end faces there are bevel gears (17), locally interconnected in the same sense of rotation. The bevelled wheel and/or teeth units are given angular offset, being fastened by a retainer and screws, to the body or the shaft of the gathering wheel.
