Board game with playing pieces movable along tracks crossing each other at right-angles

The game board (1) is so covered with an opaque plate (2) that between the upper side of the playing pieces (4) and the under side of the plate a slight free space remains. At least some of the playing pieces carry markings (5) on their upper sides. The playing pieces are circular and are variously coloured. They can be formed by balls which work in conjunction at corresp. points with calotte-shaped cavities in the base of the tracks. At one or more places in the plate holes are provided, which permit a view of the playing pieces beneath them. The plate is rotatable around a central vertical axis.
