Diecast cylinder head casing

The cast cylinder head casing includes a number of cavities, flow channels, borings and through apertures. It is composed of at least two casing elements (1,2) sealed to each other at a parting line (18) which runs partly horizontally between and through the cavities, flow channels, borings or through apertures (3,4). The casing may be in several layers. It may consist of a baseplate (1) with several objects (2) soldered onto it. One section of the parting line may be curved. The sealing may be done by soldering the contact surfaces. There may be at least one defined clearance (22) between two of the cavities, flow channels, borings or three apertures, to receive the folder for soldering the two elements to each other.
