The incline measuring system(1) uses a fixed box housing(2) and an inertia disc(3) which pivots with respect to a transversal axis(40) in the housing(2) under the effect of a resetting force tending to bring the disc(3) back to a stable equilibrium position. The systems base(30) is placed on a plane surface(31) having an angle of inclination , the angle is read off a graduated angular scale(25) using a reference line(16).
