PURPOSE: To adhere powdery ink stably to an ink-missing part by enclosing a core material of a low melting point of the powdery ink by an outer wall of a high melting point into the structure of a microcapsule. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detection sensor is set inside a heating roller 56. Owing to the temperature detection by the sensor, a heating roller 56 is maintained at a temperature necessary for melting the outer wall 66 of a powdery ink 43a. For example, the heating roller 56 is maintained at, 170 deg.C. The heating roller 56 transmits heat better and has a relatively smaller thermal capacity than a solid ink or the like, and therefore reaches the necessary temperature in a short time. When printing is started, first., a platen roller 48 is rotated by a driving means in the direction of an arrow A. At the same time, a recording paper 46 stored in a paper cassette 60 is fed by a paper feed roller 61 and sent, to an image-forming part by a paper transfer roller 62. |
