摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce repair frequency of pavement by filling minute aggregate having high specific gravity and wear resistance in a surface layer having higher density than that of a rear surface so as to increase wear resistance. CONSTITUTION: Oxidized slag generated in the steel manufacturing process of an electric furnace is turned into crushed particles while it is melted and cooled rapidly in water mist atmosphere to prepare artificial ceramic aggregate having high specific gravity of 3.0 to 3.9 and wear resistance. Fine aggregate 6 such as water, sand, etc., rough aggregate 7, fine aggregate 5 which is made of artificial ceramic aggregate and has high specific gravity, and admixture are blended into solidification material such as cement, etc., to prepare cement composition. Furthermore, the cement composition is changed into a mold frame 3 and vibration is applied to it by a vibration pedestal 2 supported by an elastic body 1 to precipitate the fine aggregate 5 having high specific gravity on a bottom layer of the mold frame 3 and solidify it so that a PC pavement slab 4 is formed. Consequently, it is possible to manufacture the pavement slab 4 having high wear resistance with high efficiency at low cost because the fine aggregate 5 having high specific gravity is filled in a surface layer in high density.
