CONSTITUTION: This mediate contains a monoclonal antibody bonding to a myeloidal cell and inducing apoptosis to the myeloidal cell as an active component or consists of a monoclonal antibody fragment bonding to a myeloidal cell and inducing apoptosis to the myeloidal call or contains a monoclonal antibody usable as a treating agent for myelocytic leukemia as an active component. Since the monoclonal antibody is active to bond with myeloidal cell and induce apoptosis to the myeloidal cell, a medicine usable e.g. as a treating agent useful in the field of the treatment of myelocytic leukemia, etc., can be produced taking advantage of the characteristics.
