PURPOSE: To make an apparatus compact and cost-saving by constituting a power source part of a power-feeding means of a material of low dielectric strength. CONSTITUTION: When receiving a heat-generating/driving signal from a control unit 70, a heat generation source circuit 65 applies AC100V to a pair of power feed brushes. On the other hand, when a heat generation-stopping signal is received, the heat generation source circuit, 65 stops the outputting of 100V. When a high voltage driving signal is received from the control unit 70, a voltage application circuit 71 applies a high voltage of +1kV to a back electrode roller 51. When a high voltage-stopping signal is received, the circuit 71 stops the outputting of the high voltage. The control unit 70 does not output the heat-generating/driving signal and high voltage driving signal at the same time. |
