发明名称 HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE MADE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a honeycomb structure enhanced in heat-resistant strength, reduced in the damage of a shape by the heating at the time of use, having conductivity and used as a structural material especially required in conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb structure 1 is composed of a planar aggregate of hollow columnar cells 2 and the cell walls 3 forming the cells 2 are composed of fiber reinforced plastic wherein carbon fibers and a resin are combined by bonding, impregnation or mixing and subjected to stripe bonding using a solder material 4. Since the cell walls 3 are subjected to stripe bonding in the first place, heat-aresistant strength is enhanced up to that possessed by the carbon fibers or resin being the material of the cell walls and, since the honeycomb structure is composed of a structure wherein the cell walls 3 made of fiber reinforced plastic using carbon fibers are subjected to stripe bonding by the solder material 4, it has conductivity as a whole.
