发明名称 HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE MADE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a honeycomb structure simple and easy in the molding processing of a corrugated panel, excellent from an aspect of production cost and enhanced in heat-resistant strength. CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb structure 1 is composed of a planar aggregate of hollow columnar cells 7 and the cell walls 6 forming the cells 7 are composed of fiber reinforced plastic wherein metal fibers 2 composed of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, iron or stainless steel and a resin are combined by bonding, impregnation or mixing. A prepreg like matrix sheet 3 is pressed to be molded into a corrugated panel 4 and a plurality of the corrugated panels are stacked so that trough parts and ridge parts are combined each other and bonded under heating to produce the honeycomb structure. As this bonding system, a system using an adhesive or a solder material or a system utilizing the curing of the resin constituting the corrugated panel 4 is considered.
