PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition for mending a waterproof sheet which has an excellent capacity for recovering performance and of which the cost of application is low. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition produced by a method wherein a gelling material prepared by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticizer is made to be swollen and dispersed in a solvent. The gelling material is prepared by compounding the vinyl chloride resin of 100 pts.wt. with the plasticizer of 80-300 pts.wt. and the gelling material and the solvent are compounded in the weight ratio of 40:60-60:40.
