<p>PURPOSE: To provide an output device, which can surely answer within a time, which does not exceed the maximum value of the response time of bidirectional centro-standards even when recording information is transferred from a DMA. CONSTITUTION: In a recording device, which is connected with a host device and can receive recording information through direct memory access(DMA) from the host device and print out the recording information, when recording data are received between the host device and the recording device through the direct memory access, by changing-over by means of hardware the DMA priority between the DMA for transferring recording information to a recording head and the DMA of the host device, the priority of only either one of the DMAs is prevented from being heightened and data transfer to only one way from being executed.</p> |
