GUIDING MEANS FOR INSERTING ORAL TREATMENT MEANS

PURPOSE: To improve the feel of use on a side for making examination and treatment and a side receiving the same by providing the guiding means with both end apertures to be inserted into the prescribed route for medical treatment and an opening holder for holding a part to be held and using general-purpose materials which are not a medical treatment material in a part to form these parts as a throw-away part. CONSTITUTION: The position for chewing the part to be held of an opening holder 1 is so adjusted that the front end of the curving part 9 of a guide body 2 exists in the inlet 13 of the gullet 15 of the throat. A tubular part of the endoscope 14 is then inserted into the tubular part of the guiding body 2 and is inserted from the inlet 13 through the curving part 9 into the gullet 15. The insertion is continued until the tubular part arrives at the stomach. At this time, the front end of the tubular part of the endoscope 14 is guided by the curving part 9 of the guiding body 2 and is led to the gullet 15 and, therefore, the tubular part is smoothly inserted into the gullet without stimulating the sensible part of the throat without vigorous vomiting feel. The used opening holder 1 and guiding body 2 are at least partly formed of the general-purpose materials and are preferably formed as a throw-away type if the materials are inexpensive. The reuse of these materials after washing and sterilizing is equally well.
