CONSTITUTION: A motor-driven power steering system 1 is provided with a driving control means for supplying an on-signal VON and a PWM signal VPWM respectively to a pair of FET(field effect transistors) Q1, Q4 of a motor driving means 13 in the case of feeding a motor current IM+ and supplying an on-signal VON and a PWM signal VPWM to a pair of FET(field effect transistors) Q2, Q3 of the motor driving means 13 in the case of feeding a motor current IM- .
